Client Policies

1) Attire that allows for freedom of movement is necessary (exercise apparel is the best).

2) All clients will be required to guarantee their sessions with a Credit Card (Mastercard or      Visa). On your next to last workout, you may pay by Check or Cash. However, if you      have not paid by check or cash on the last workout your credit card will be charged for      your next session. All Pilates classes are scheduled by appointment only.
     All appointments must be paid for in advance.

3) Saturday appointments do not have a cancellation policy.
     If you schedule a Saturday appointment and can not attend, you forfeit that class.

4) Some appointment times may need to be rescheduled due to cancellations.

5) Creative Conditioning, Inc. does not provide refunds.

6) Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
     (You will be charged for the missed appointment without 24 hour notification).

7) All Pilates sessions expire 60 days from date of purchase.

8) If you are absent consecutively for more than 8 weeks, you will need to have a
     re-enrollment consultation before scheduling appointments.
