You start by scheduling an Initial Consultation, which will be 3 private appointments with a certified Pilates instructor which includes stretching, exercising, and using the equipment. The purpose of the first of the appointments is to determine your fitness and flexibility levels and identify any physical limitations or injuries you may have. With over 500 Pilates exercises to choose from, your instructor will then design a program specifically for you. Then on your next 2 visits you will begin to learn the appropriate exercises for your level of fitness. After completing your 3 Initial Consultation appointments your instructor will suggest either continuing privately if you need more one on one training or joining a duet(2 clients only to one teacher) or a group (up to 4clients to one teacher) for your next session. A session consists of 8 appointments that you can schedule from the leisure of your desk or home computer on the Web Scheduler or call the studio at 281-554-2990. There is also an Intro package which is 2 private appointments and 2 group appointments available one time for all new clients to help decide how you want to book your next session of 8 appointments.
